We're growing, and to keep up with that growth we're looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to take on an established qualified accounting desk. This is a desk with long-standing client relationships and a referral network that already flows, sitting inside a brand that qualified accounting candidates and clients in Melbourne already know and trust.

About you
You're a proven recruiter with agency experience in qualified accounting or an adjacent finance market. More specifically, you:
- Have run your own desk and can talk us through your billings, your market and how you built your client base
- Are equally comfortable servicing an established desk and winning new business — tell us about a client you brought in and what it was worth
- Treat your desk like your own business, with a genuine focus on delivering high-quality work
- Bring professionalism, emotional intelligence and relationship-building expertise, and the grit to help build a team rather than just run a desk
