The purpose of the role of Business Services Manager/Senior Manager is to manage and co-ordinate the Business Services Team and deliver accounting services to your allocated Business Services clients.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Principal you will provide leadership by managing a team of technically strong, intelligent accountants to help service a portfolio of around $1 million.
You will get involved in everything like supporting staff, managing client relationships, compliance and business developing.

- The Successful Candidate Will Have
- At least 7 years' public practice experience.
- Use the leadership experience you have gained over the last couple of years to help your team and your client portfolio achieve their goals.
- If you have exposure to workflow planning, budgeting, KPI tracking, Financial statement analysis, cashflow monitoring, and financial reporting.
- Conduct workflow meetings every week
- Liaise with clients on the phone and in person
- Identify new opportunities for the firm
- Xero experience is vital
