Lawcon is seeking an experienced concrete finisher who takes pride in delivering quality work and enjoys being part of a reliable, supportive team. You'll have the opportunity to apply your skills across varied jobs while working alongside a team that values practical experience, cooperation and a job well done. We complete a diverse range of civil and concrete projects across the Newcastle and Hunter regions, including but not limited to various concrete structures, pavements, driveways, slabs, hardstands, pits, tilt panels.

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience placing and finishing concrete, including screeding, hand finishing and power trowelling.
- The ability to work accurately to levels, falls and specified finishes.
- Experience with formwork and reinforcement an advantage.
- A positive, practical attitude and willingness to assist across all stages of the job.
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and maintaining a clean, organised site.
- A current White Card and driver’s licence.
