This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Brisbane commercial firm and work across a diverse mix of transactional, advisory and corporate matters, while developing strong, long-term relationships with business-owner clients.
Working closely with experienced Partners, you’ll gain exposure to
- High-value M&A transactions
- Commercial contracts and negotiations
- Due diligence and transaction documentation
- Capital raising and investment structuring
- Shareholders’ agreements and corporate structuring
- Joint ventures and broader commercial arrangements
- Business restructures and entity management across companies, trusts and partnerships
- Franchising
- Corporate governance and general commercial advisory
You’ll have a hands-on role across matters and provide practical, commercially focused advice that directly supports your clients and their businesses.
About You
We’re keen to hear from Associates and Senior Associates with approximately 2 to 8 years’ PAE and a solid grounding in Corporate & Commercial law.
You’ll ideally bring experience across front-end corporate matters, a strong understanding of the Corporations Act, and confidence in contract drafting, transactions and corporate compliance.
Most importantly, you’ll be looking for a role that offers greater variety, quality work and genuine career progression, within a team where you’ll be supported to continue developing your practice.
