Ready to move beyond coordinating and start owning the events you run? This role gives you end-to-end responsibility for events, client experiences and partnership activity across three growing brands. You'll have the support of a team that backs your ideas.

About Squared Group: Squared Group is the parent company and strategic hub behind Law Squared, Cubed and Tetra Claims. We house the strategy, operations, finance, technology, marketing and partnerships functions that support all three brands as they scale.

About the Role: As our Events and Partnerships Specialist, you'll own the delivery of events, conferences and client engagement activities across Squared Group. You'll also look after Salesforce campaign administration and our client gifting program. This is a mid-level role. You'll run your events and workload independently, from planning through to reporting. You'll report to Head of Partnerships + Community, who sets the overall partnerships strategy and supports you on larger or more complex initiatives. You'll thrive here if you challenge the status quo, keep it real and show up for your team.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Squared Group and partnership events, including RSVPs and communications, suppliers, venues, materials, catering and on-the-day delivery.
  • Run logistics for internal events, including venue sourcing, AV, catering and supplies.
  • Own campaign creation, contact and data accuracy, and post-event reporting in Salesforce.
  • Plan and coordinate seasonal and ad hoc gifting.
  • Bring fresh ideas to event formats, and refine the processes, templates and tools that make delivery smoother.

What success looks like in your first year:

  • You're the go-to person for events across all three brands.
  • Every event is tracked and reported in Salesforce.
  • You've introduced at least one new format or process improvement.

About You: At Squared Group, we hire for mindset as much as skillset. We're looking for commercially minded, outcomes-focused people who take ownership, communicate well and genuinely care about delivering great experiences. You'll bring:

  • 3-5 years' experience delivering events end to end, ideally across client-facing or corporate events.
  • Confidence managing several events at once, and making decisions independently when timelines are tight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Salesforce experience is highly regarded).
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and real enthusiasm for new tools and technology.

Why Join Us? We back our people the same way we back our clients and partners: with trust, flexibility and care. You'll join a team that celebrates the small wins as much as the big ones, and has your back.

  • A tailored professional development plan, with a clear path to grow your partnerships experience.
  • Discounted corporate ClassPass membership, access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and employee referral incentives.
  • A recognition-led culture where contributions and milestones are celebrated.
