Laundrie / Edge Clothing is seeking an experienced Clothing Store Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our Hyde Park - Castletown store. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring the successful delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Castletown store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates, fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, visually appealing, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to support the overall business strategy.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the clothing or fashion industry.
