• Conducted minute-taking during meetings, documenting key discussions, decisions, and action items, and distributing meeting minutes to stakeholders.
• Prepared, formatted, and distributed correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
• Maintained accurate records, databases, filing systems, and company documentation to ensure information was current and easily accessible.
• Provided administrative support to internal teams and stakeholders, managing enquiries, coordinating logistics, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

Requirements/Key Skills:

• Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or team coordination role.
• Strong diary management and meeting coordination skills, including scheduling appointments and managing competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when preparing documentation, maintaining records, and managing administrative processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
