Are you a Senior Product Designer who enjoys solving complex problems, shaping product experiences and taking ownership from concept through to delivery?

We're partnering with a well-established Australian technology business undergoing an exciting period of product transformation. They're investing heavily in their digital product experience and are looking for two experienced Senior Product Designers to help shape the next generation of their platform.

This is an opportunity to join a growing design function, influence product direction and play a key role in building new, end-to-end customer experiences.

The Opportunity

You'll work across significant product initiatives, helping reimagine existing offerings and create more connected, intuitive and scalable digital experiences.

Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, you'll have the autonomy to take ideas from early discovery and systems thinking through to detailed design and execution.

You'll also play an important role in strengthening design practices, influencing stakeholders and helping raise the overall standard of product design across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end product design across complex digital experiences, from discovery and concept through to delivery.
• Translate complex customer and business requirements into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
• Contribute to the design of new product experiences, including customer journeys, workflows, navigation and application structures.
• Apply strong systems thinking to ensure experiences work cohesively across multiple products and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers and key business stakeholders.
• Influence product direction and challenge thinking to achieve better customer outcomes.
• Bring structure, consistency and strong design practices into cross-functional teams.
• Take ownership of design deliverables and confidently execute with minimal direction.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer within a complex digital product environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design capability and meaningful product outcomes.
• Experience designing sophisticated platforms, applications or SaaS products.
• Strong UX fundamentals, interaction design and systems thinking.
• Experience working across complex user journeys, workflows and interconnected product experiences.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing product decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills across Product and Engineering.
• The ability to operate autonomously, take ownership and consistently deliver high-quality work.

Experience within established product-led technology businesses, financial services, SaaS or other complex digital environments will be highly regarded.
