The Role
As Program Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of a significant digital transformation program, working across technology and business teams to ensure successful delivery against strategic objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex digital transformation program
- Establish and manage program governance, delivery frameworks, milestones, risks and dependencies
- Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and drive decisions
- Manage multiple workstreams, delivery teams and third-party partners
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, reporting and executive-level updates
- Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery challenges
- Drive effective change across business processes, technology and ways of working
- Provide clear communication and reporting to steering committees and senior leadership
- Ensure program outcomes, benefits and strategic objectives remain on track
- What You'll Bring
- 8+ years' experience in program or senior project management
- Proven experience delivering complex digital transformation programs within large organisations
- Strong understanding of technology-enabled business transformation and digital delivery
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams, vendors and cross-functional delivery teams
- Strong program governance, risk, financial and dependency management capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and navigate complex environments
- Highly structured, commercially minded and outcomes-focused approach to delivery
- Experience working across Agile and/or traditional delivery environments
- Relevant qualifications in Program Management, Project Management, Business or Technology
