This is an exciting opportunity to join Lasseters Hotel & Casino, a dynamic and progressive hospitality team. As a Housekeeper, you will help maintain the high IHG brand standards by ensuring our rooms, suites, and public areas are always clean, welcoming, and beautifully presented — contributing directly to guest satisfaction and the overall hotel experience.
About the Role
- Clean and present guest rooms and public areas to IHG brand standards
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish surfaces
- Remove rubbish and deliver waste to designated areas
- Restock minibars, replace amenities, and prepare rooms for guest arrivals
- Collect and deliver linen to and from laundry
- Respond to housekeeping requests efficiently
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of full-time housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Completion of compulsory secondary education
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to bend, lift, kneel, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Positive attitude, cultural awareness, and eagerness to learn
