How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Lead with Impact: Elevate team performance to exceed KPIs while identifying refined opportunities to enhance revenue. Guide the clinic’s daily operations including manage rosters, ensure compliance, and maintain high clinical standards.
• Creating Empowering Transformations: Deliver results-driven aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, peels, masks, and Fractional RF, leaving clients feeling confident.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• A formal, internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or Diploma of Dermal Science).
• Previous leadership and team development experience within aesthetics, beauty, or a clinical environment is desirable but not essential.
• The ability to navigate and resolve complex client or operational challenges is highly valued.
• Be punctual, organised, share knowledge, supports others, and leads a positive and motivating workplace.
• You will celebrate team wins and helps lift others’ confidence along the way.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through expertise and empathy while delivering treatments that achieve confidence boosting real results.
