Our business is built on practical thinking, strong relationships and getting the job done. We value people who take initiative, work collaboratively and bring solutions to the table.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality & Systems Coordinator to join our HSEQ team.

Reporting to the State HSEQ Manager, this role will be responsible for coordinating and improving Lantrak's Integrated Management System (IMS), maintaining quality and document controls, supporting internal audits and driving improvements across our business systems.

Working closely with operational teams, management and IT, you will play a key role in ensuring our processes, systems and documentation are practical, consistent and effective across the business.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys improving the way businesses operate, has strong technical systems capability and can turn complex requirements into practical solutions.

  • Support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system requirements.

  • Plan and conduct internal audits, manage findings and coordinate corrective actions.

  • Work with operational teams to review existing processes, identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.

  • Administer and improve business systems, including SharePoint, HammerTech and Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Develop and maintain SharePoint libraries, lists, workflows and automated processes using Power Automate.

  • Support system configuration, implementation, user training and ongoing improvements.

  • Monitor system performance, data quality and compliance requirements across operational teams.

  • Prepare reports on audits, corrective actions, system performance and improvement opportunities.

  • Assist with external certification audits, client requirements and management system reviews.

  • Support HSEQ and Chain of Responsibility processes through effective systems, documentation and reporting.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a Quality, Systems, Compliance or HSEQ coordination role.

  • A relevant qualification in quality management, business systems, work health and safety or a related discipline.

  • Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor training, with experience conducting audits and managing corrective actions.

  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, with knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 highly regarded.

  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly SharePoint, Excel and Power Automate.

  • Experience administering or improving digital business systems, ideally HammerTech or a similar HSEQ platform.

  • Strong document control, process improvement and reporting capabilities.

  • The ability to work effectively with operational teams, management and technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and follow-through.

  • A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

  • A current Australian driver's licence.

Experience within civil construction, transport, earthworks, quarrying or other operational industries will be highly regarded.

Why Join Lantrak?

  • Join an established, Australian-owned business with more than 60 years of industry experience.

  • Work across a diverse range of operations and major infrastructure projects.

  • Play an active role in improving business systems, processes and operational performance.
