Lanolips is dedicated to creating high-quality, natural skincare products and is most famous for making 'The World's Best Lip Balm'. We are looking for a full-time Office & Influencer Marketing Coordinator based in our Moore Park Head Office.
What you'll be doing:
- Support day-to-day office administration and assist with influencer marketing activity, focusing on the UK market.
- Keep the office running smoothly while supporting creator outreach, gifting, campaign coordination and reporting.
Office & Administration:
- Office coordination and daily operations
- Couriers, postage and mail outs
- Sample dispatch and gifting
- Assisting CEO, General Manager, Marketing & Brand Manager
Influencer Marketing Support:
- Influencer outreach and database management
- Gifting coordination and tracking
- Campaign setup, tracking and reporting support
- Supplying digital assets to partners
- TikTok Shop management and support
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar administrative/support role or a related field
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident liaising with external partners and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms
- Any European languages spoken is an advantage
