We are seeking a service-centric and luxury-minded professional to join our team in the position of Food & Beverage Outlet Manager in Akoya.

What You'll Do

• As Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and organisation of Akoya.
• Your key accountabilities will include ensuring guest experience and loyalty, overseeing quality, engaging and supporting colleagues, and driving profitability and productivity.
• You will manage the overall functions of the Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, ensure efficient operations, maintain high standards of service, and implement strategies for revenue generation and cost minimisation.

What You'll Bring

• To be successful in the role you will have been in a Restaurant or Venue Manager in a similar venue, and have proven experience in leadership and customer service, be a good communicator, and enjoy interacting with people.
• You must also have:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for developing and motivating staff.
• Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Hotel/Hospitality/Business or similar are highly regarded.
• Superior grooming and presentation; Australian work rights.
