Stewarding Attendant to join our team.

- Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the Kitchens
- Cleaning of all pots and dishes from the kitchen/chefs /restaurant
- Cleaning of chinaware, glassware, silverware, kitchen hardware and other operational related items
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all food preparation areas, this includes the back of house storage areas, loading docks, food buffets, fridges, freezers and staff canteen.
- Ensure that all hazardous chemicals and materials are stored in a secure environment.

- For this role, your skills and experience will be inclusive of the following
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or similar environment
- Food Handlers Certificate is mandatory for this role
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks
- Quality awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Occupational Health & Safety awareness (chemical use required)
- High standards of presentation and grooming
- Ability to work a rotating roster with various shifts (inclusive of morning, afternoon and overnight shifts – where your own method of transport is advantageous).
- Must be able to work across a 7 day roster, sometimes outside the hours of Public Transport
- Shifts will generally be late evening to early morning (6.00pm to 2.00am) , own transport an advantage.
- Successful candidates must be available and have work rights to enable them to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
This role requires colleagues to work in an active work environment, where manual handling tasks will be required.
