Langford Group is building one of Australia's leading fire safety and building compliance businesses. We want the best service operator in NSW to build it with us.
Ground floor. Build the service operation from scratch: the team, the scheduling, the systems and the standards. You'll report directly to the MD.
Serious backing. A joint venture between the Joyce family (Jaybro, Orange Hire) and the UK private equity backed Ventro Group. Significant capital behind it, growing organically and by acquisition.
Real ownership. Equity on offer, and exceptional rewards for the highest performers.
You. You have 10+ years in fire protection and you've led technicians. You know AS 1851, AFSS and FPAS inside out, and good techs will follow you.
