Warehouse / Forklift & Delivery Driver (Full-time)
This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse work, forklift operation and local deliveries in a small truck. You will also handle customer phone calls, quoting and order processing.
Key responsibilities
- Operating forklift to load/unload materials and manage stock in the yard
- Driving a small truck to deliver materials to customers across Melbourne
- Answering company phone calls and providing accurate quotes to customers
- Filling out and processing orders
- General warehouse duties (picking, packing, organising stock, maintaining a clean and safe yard)
- Delivering excellent customer service both on the phone and face-to-face
About you
- Full Australian driver's licence
- Current forklift licence (LF)
- Good English communication skills (phone and face-to-face)
- Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious
- Able to work full-time hours (typical yard hours around 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday)
- Chinese speaking and listening skills – highly regarded
- Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, landscaping supplies or trade-related environments – highly regarded
- Familiarity with Melbourne Eastern suburbs roads – highly regarded

We stock artificial turf, real turf, retaining wall steels, metal edging, bricks & blocks, pavers, bulk materials (soil, sand, mulch), timber and more. We serve both trade and retail customers and deliver across Melbourne.
