Landmark Group is seeking an experienced Design Manager – Delivery to lead design coordination for large-scale residential projects in Sydney. Reporting to the Construction Team, you will drive design delivery post-approval through to project completion, coordinating engineers, consultants and internal teams to ensure buildable, compliant outcomes.
You will manage RFIs, design changes and technical queries, perform buildability reviews, and oversee design documentation to align with programme.
