You will lead the Open Space Maintenance department, manage crew leaders and field staff across multiple sites, and ensure safe, high-quality public space maintenance programs across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
You will coordinate cyclical maintenance, reactive works and urgent site needs, while maintaining strong client relationships.
