Landcom is seeking a Manager, Social Impact to lead social value initiatives and embed First Nations outcomes across projects and corporate activities. Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Sustainability, the role focuses on implementing a Social Value Framework and guiding governance, risk assessment and compliance related to human rights obligations.
The role requires strong capability to influence across a complex organisation, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide executive-level support.
