About the role: We are seeking a motivated Licensed Surveyor with TMR experience to join our growing team in Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager / licensed surveyor to play a crucial delivery role in a wide range of land development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete project lifecycle from tender to delivery, including budget control
- Client liaison and stakeholder relationship management
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities
- Coordinate surveying tasks and field staff
- Mentor junior team members
- Strong knowledge of QLD planning and surveying regulations
- Excellent communication and project leadership skills
- Licensed Surveyor with current practising certificate
- Current driver's license and valid Australian working rights
