Proven experience leading manufacturing teams and managing shop floor operations.
Experience managing production KPIs, workforce planning, and performance metrics.
Demonstrated success in problem solving, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
Experience with quality systems, audits, and manufacturing compliance requirements.
Experience in Semiconductor, Electronics, Precision Equipment, or Advanced Manufacturing industries.
Prior leadership experience as a Team Leader, Shift Leader, Cell Leader, or Production Supervisor.
Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong coaching, talent development, and performance management skills.
Ability to analyze operational data and drive fact-based decision-making.
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
English communication skills preferred.
