Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and shaping the future generation? Lakeside Creative Minds is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team. If you hold a Cert III, Diploma (or currently working towards one) in Early Childhood Education and Care, we want to hear from you!
Please note that due to government regulations you must be at least working towards Cert III in Early Childhood Education; we will be unable to respond to any enquiries that do not hold a qualification in the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and supervise children in age-appropriate activities
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Implement the curriculum to promote children's learning and development
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily routines
Requirements:
- Certificate III or diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently working towards one)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one
- First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their holistic development
