About The Role
Lake Imaging has an exciting opportunity available for a Mammography Supervisor to provide supervision and direction to the Radiographers and staff to ensure a high-quality service is delivered in the West metro region.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a high quality efficient medical imaging service to our patients and referrers.
- Ensuring adequate staffing levels are provided for the clinic; working alongside other site managers for rostering needs throughout the region.
- Coordination of ongoing education, support and professional development for staff.
- Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management team to ensure high level of service provision.
- Establishment and development of networks in the community with the aim of facilitating client understanding and satisfaction.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Degree qualified in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration.
- Proven leadership ability and experience with staff training.
- Extensive experience and competency in mammography.
- Demonstrated patients first approach to service provision.
- Police Check and Working with Children Check.
