Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Workshop Leading Hand for the Seven Hills Depot on a permanent, full-time basis. You will provide day-to-day leadership and technical support to workshop staff while remaining hands-on with maintenance, servicing and repair of a diverse fleet of civil construction and rail plant and equipment.
You will mentor the team, coordinate workshop activities, and assist with complex fault diagnosis to ensure safe, efficient operations and high-quality outcomes for customers.
