The Role: We are on the lookout for a driven and organised Store-Person with leadership capability to step into a Full-Time Team Leader position at Brisbane Airport.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the back-of-house stock management operations
- Receive, sort, and distribute stock across multiple stores
- Ensure stock levels are accurate and replenishment is timely
- Communicate effectively with store teams and suppliers
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and stock handling procedures
- Motivate and support a small team, setting a great example
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stock, or logistics role
- Great communication and problem-solving abilities
- Physically fit and able to lift, move and manage stock safely
- Forklift license (advantageous but not essential)
- Demonstrated leadership skills or experience mentoring others
- Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
- Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
