The Role: We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our retail family at Brisbane Airport in a Full-Time capacity. If you love connecting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and inspiring others – this is your moment.
Ideal availability:
- Mon/Tues - Night availability
- Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun - Full availability
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver standout customer experiences – lead by example
- Guide and support your team to meet service and sales targets
- Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team
- Bring accountability, reliability, and positivity to every shift
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a team leadership role within a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting
- Confident communicator and motivator
- A passion for customer service and making people feel welcome
- Ability to stay organised, focused, and cool under pressure
- A respectful and team-oriented attitude
- Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
- Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
