The Role: Discover Adelaide is a unique souvenir store concept that recreates a sense of the local culture within each outlet. The concept offers travelers an experiential playground, with a strong sense of place and a well thought customer shopping experience, where they can find authentic, high quality and affordable gifts and souvenirs. We’re looking for a Casual Retail Assistant to join our team at Adelaide Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!
- Minimum availability 3-4 days per week
- Weekends are regarded but not essential, flexibility is crucial
- Own transport needed to cover early and late shifts
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
- Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
- Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
- Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
- Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner

- Confident communicator with a positive attitude
- Well-groomed & professionally presented
- Retail experience? Great! But not essential—we’ll train you!
- Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
- Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
