What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing friendly, helpful customer service
- Retail sales and operating POS systems
- Processing, picking, packing and dispatching online orders
- Stock handling, replenishment and merchandising
- Assisting with daily nursery operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail experience and strong customer service skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Someone who takes initiative and works efficiently in a busy environment
- Confidence using technology and retail systems
- Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail
- Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors
- Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends
Salary & Employment
$65,000-$75,000 per annum + Super, based on a 38-hour working week. Remuneration is negotiable based on skills and experience. Applicants working fewer hours will receive a proportionate salary. Approximately 30-38 hours per week, with casual or permanent employment arrangements negotiable.
