About the Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, client account management, and workforce coordination. This is a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct regular client visits and manage key accounts
- Source, recruit, and manage a reliable external casual workforce
- Maintain and update a diverse candidate database
- Undertake recruitment for both temporary and permanent placements
- Deliver exceptional service and results to clients and candidates alike
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks independently
About You
We’re looking for a confident professional with a strong recruitment background and a proactive, can-do attitude. You’ll be a motivated self-starter who enjoys working both independently and as part of a national team. You will bring:

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, predominantly Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
