About the Role
Labourforce are currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a busy cold storage warehouse in Rocklea. This is a hands-on warehouse role working in a -18°C cold storage environment, so candidates must be comfortable working in refrigerated conditions for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Completing stock replenishments and putaways
- Performing bulk picks and moving pallets throughout the warehouse
- Loading, unloading and staging stock as required
- Maintaining accurate stock movements
- Following all site safety and operational procedures
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping
What We're Looking For
- Current LF Forklift Licence - Essential
- Proven High Reach Forklift experience - Essential
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience highly regarded
- Comfortable working in a -18°C environment
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
