Labourforce are seeking an Administration Officer for one of our largest cold storage clients located in the northern suburbs.
The role will run for approximately 2-3months with the possibility of extending.
Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm - Immediate start
This role will suit a focused individual who prides themselves on their accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to
- Customer Service main point of contact
- Data Entry
- Administration Duties
- Work in a busy high paced team environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Excellent computer and literacy skills
- Sound experience in Microsoft, Excel and Word
- Document, procedure writing
- Transport and logistics experience
- Strong written and verbal skills
- High attention to detail
- Reliable, approachable, punctual and professional attribute
- Strong customer service communication and interpersonal skills
- Process driven
The successful applicant needs to have a can do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to plan, prioritize and multitask.
