Blu by Adcorp is a national labour hire and sourcing specialist company. We provide a quality workforce solution to various clients and industries across Australia. Our client is one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest food manufacturers employing over 6,000 people across multiple sites and pride themselves on people and their contribution to the business.
Located in Castlemaine VIC 3450. Full-time 38 hours per week. 24 months of work on offer. Roles commencing February 2027. 100 roles on offer ranging across all processing floors - no experience required.
Pay rate $25.74 per hour as per Level 1, Site Enterprise Agreement. Additional payments or penalties are as per the Award.
Monday to Friday Day shift 5am start 3pm finish. Afternoon Shift 2:30pm start 11pm finish – weekend work may be required. Flexibility to work these hours is essential.
Potential to upskill and progression opportunities. Providing on and off-the-job training.
The role:
- Manual and repetitive labour, with lifting up to 20kg
- Working with raw meat products
- Packing/Labelling/Boxing products
- General cleaning
- Weighing meat products
- Operate packaging machines
- Use of product mixing machinery
- Work in cold temperatures
