The predicted salary is between 37800 - 46200 $ per year.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating customer orders and ensuring a high level of service throughout the order fulfilment process. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, 38 hours a week.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive, constructive relationships with customers.
- Manage customer orders and proactively monitor order progress, providing timely updates and identifying solutions to customer enquiries.
- Liaise with Sales, Pre-Press and Production to coordinate customer requirements and ensure orders are processed in accordance with agreed specifications.
- Review and coordinate customer demand and print requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer information and communicate order updates by working closely with Production and Supply Chain.
- Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate with relevant internal departments to facilitate timely resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and support efficient order processing.
About you
- Ideally, a minimum of three years' experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in the print, packaging or label manufacturing industry will be highly advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft and Adobe skills and confidence working with business systems.
- The ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and respond promptly to customer needs.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
