Labelmakers Group in Somerton, VIC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. You will manage customer orders, maintain strong relationships, and coordinate with Sales, Pre-Press and Production to ensure orders meet specifications.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will monitor order progress, provide timely updates, and drive efficient fulfilment while maintaining accurate customer data and communications.
