We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team at the La-Z-Boy retail store in Crossroads Casula, NSW Opening soon. As a Full-Time working 5 days Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales of our premium furniture products. The role is 5 days - including weekend work.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through the sales process.
- Demonstrate and showcase our furniture products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Actively listen to customer needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable solutions.
- Process sales transactions and ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, well-organised and visually appealing retail environment.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and store objectives.
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training to enhance your expertise.
About you:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the furniture or home furnishings industry.
- Minimum of 2 years' retail or sales experience is required for this position.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work part-time hours, including weekends.
- Demonstrated sales skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
