We deliver high-quality structural steel, custom metalwork and architectural steel solutions, with a strong focus on workmanship, efficiency and attention to detail.
As we continue to establish and grow our operations, we're looking for experienced and motivated Boilermakers/Welders to join our workshop team.
About the role
This is a hands-on workshop-based position offering a variety of fabrication work, from structural steel through to detailed architectural metalwork.
Key responsibilities
- Fabrication and welding of structural steel components
- Manufacturing architectural steelwork, frames, staircases and custom metalwork
- Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
- MIG welding, cutting, grinding, drilling and assembly
- Ensuring fabrication meets quality and dimensional requirements
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised workshop
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines
About you
- Trade-qualified Boilermaker or experienced Welder/Fabricator
- Experience in structural steel fabrication
- Strong MIG welding skills
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, motivated and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a growing business
- Experience in architectural metalwork, residential structural steel or custom fabrication highly regarded
