Our Queensland Service Team supports customers across a wide range of industries, providing installation, maintenance, technical support, and advice to help keep their businesses running smoothly

About the Role

As a Field Service Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Installing, servicing and repairing Kyocera multifunction devices and printers
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network-related issues
• Building positive relationships with customers
• Managing your daily workload and service calls
• Working closely with a supportive and experienced service team
• Continuously developing your technical knowledge and skills

This is a field-based role that offers variety, independence, and plenty of opportunities to learn.

• Is reliable, organised and self-motivated
• Takes ownership of their work
• is comfortable working with Windows PCs, software applications and web-based systems
• Has a basic understanding of computer networks and connectivity
• Is willing to learn new technologies and technical skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team

Technical Aptitude Required

While experience with printers or photocopiers is not required, successful candidates will have:

• Confidence using Windows and common business applications
• A basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addresses, network devices, and connectivity
• The ability to learn and follow technical procedures
• A natural interest in technology and troubleshooting
• Experience in IT support, field service, electronics, telecommunications, security systems, AV technology, automotive diagnostics, appliance repairs, or similar technical roles will be highly regarded.
