The Role
This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of traditional finance, crypto markets, and token economics, partnering directly with the founders to shape capital strategy across fiat, stablecoins, and on-chain assets. You will lead:
- Manage allocation across token assets, stablecoins, and fiat reserves
- Design hedging, liquidity, and yield strategies
- Implement mechanisms that support long‑term network stability
- Oversee liquidity across global exchanges
- Work closely with market makers, trading desks, and funds
- Optimise token flows and digital asset management across the organisation
- Lead accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow discipline

Ideal Background
- Finance, investment banking, corporate finance, VC, or similar
