About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and well-presented Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our branch, handling everything from face-to-face customer service to essential office administration and physical yard support.
Key Responsibilities
Serving customers with a helpful, friendly, and trade-focused attitude.
Attending to emails promptly and professionally (orders, quotes, and customer inquiries).
General administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and keeping records organised.
Assisting in the yard, which includes labour-intensive work such as loading roof tiles into customers' cars.
Keeping the showroom and display areas clean, tidy, and presentable.
What We Are Looking For
Excellent manners and strong communication skills.
A neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance (dress nice).
Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving roof tiles safely.
Strong attention to detail with basic computer literacy for handling office emails.
A Forklift License is ideal but not mandatory (let us know if you have one!).
