Are you passionate about makeup, skincare, and customer service? Kryolan Sydney Darlinghurst Pro Store is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Beauty Advisor / Retail Makeup Artist. This diverse and exciting role offers the opportunity to work with world-renowned professional brands and build meaningful customer relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert in-store consultations, product recommendations, and retail sales
- Apply makeup including hairstyling services and conduct makeup lessons for clients
- Drive personal and store KPIs by delivering exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to‑date with product knowledge and industry trends
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:
- At least 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Proven professional makeup skills (Glamour, SFX, Beauty, and Hairstyling experience are a plus!)
- A positive, bubbly personality with excellent relationship‑building skills
- Previous retail experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is highly desirable
- A genuine passion for makeup and skincare
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with people from diverse backgrounds
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic
