We're looking for someone who:
-
Friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoys working with people.
-
Organised and can manage several things at once.
-
Communicates well and follows through on commitments.

Comfortable dealing with clients, suppliers and staff.

Can think on their feet and remain calm when things don't go to plan.

A beautiful venue and working environment.
-
Flexible work at home arrangements.

A mix of office-based planning and hands‑on event work.
-
The opportunity to have input into how we run and improve our events.

A role where you can build genuine relationships with couples and be part of their celebrations.
A Final Word
We're not looking for someone who simply follows a checklist. We want someone who cares about the couples we work with, takes pride in their job and is happy to go that little bit further to make things work.
At the same time, we're a business, and it's important that our events are well organised, run efficiently and make financial sense.
If you're someone who enjoys working with people, can manage the details and wants to be part of a small team doing great things, we'd love to hear from you.
