Kraft Heinz is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to join our Northgate manufacturing team in Australia. This permanent role drives CI initiatives across production areas, improving safety, quality, waste reduction, and efficiency.
You will coach operators and frontline leaders in problem solving, collect performance data (OEE, losses), build dashboards, and partner with maintenance, engineering and operations to close gaps and sustain improvements. On-site in Northgate is required.
