Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel is seeking an organised Purchasing Manager to oversee all purchasing, receiving and inventory management across the property. You will partner with Rooms, Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Maintenance to drive streamlined processes and strong cost controls.
In this newly opened hotel, you will establish best practices, implement stock controls, manage supplier relationships, and lead procurement system improvements to support growth and exceptional guest experiences.
