KOSA Hair Studio is seeking a Part Time Hairdresser to join our talented team in Sydenham, VIC 3037. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative hair salon environment on a part-time basis. As a part-time hairdresser, you will deliver exceptional hair services to our valued clients whilst maintaining the high standards and welcoming atmosphere that KOSA Hair Studio is known for.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing a full range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling and treatments to clients
- Consulting with clients to understand their hair goals and recommending appropriate services and products
- Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic workspace and salon environment at all times
- Keeping up-to-date with current hair trends, techniques and industry best practices
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat bookings
- Processing client payments and handling transactions accurately
- Supporting team members and contributing to a positive salon culture
- Promoting salon services and retail products to clients
What we're looking for:
- A qualification hairdresser with at least 5 years experience
- Current registration or licensing as required by Victorian regulations
- Enthusiastic, passionate and a team player
- Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring and styling techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results
- Knowledge of hair care products and the ability to recommend suitable treatment
- Experience in a customer-focused service environment is highly valued
