Role Overview
KOR is on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background in Heavy Vehicle equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. This role is critical in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment, contributing to the success of our operations and customer satisfaction.
Your duties will include
- Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, repairs and machinery overhauls on a variety of equipment.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation.
- Collaborate with personnel in the workshop, service teams and warehousing
Whatwe'relooking for
- A Certificate III in an appropriate Australian Trade (Heavy Vehicle Mechanic/Electrical will be highly regarded)
- Proven experience as an equipment mechanic
- Prior experience in High Pressure water and vacuum pumps (advantageous).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
