At Kool Beanz Suffolk Park, our purpose-built centre caters for up to 42 children and features thoughtfully designed classrooms, modern ancillary spaces, a commercial master-chef kitchen, and an inclusive outdoor learning environment that stimulates all the senses.

We are currently seeking a passionate Assistant Educator who is Certificate III qualified or actively working towards their qualification.
This role is ideal for someone looking for a part-time position and who brings creativity, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the educator team to deliver engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and embracing child-led learning.
- Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the local community.
- Assisting the centre to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Providing flexible support across rooms as a Float Educator to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- You Will Have
- Qualifications: Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working toward a qualification.
- Compliance: Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification or willing to obtain these.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for Education: Genuine love for children and a commitment to making a positive impact
