We are currently seeking a passionate Assistant Educator, who is a minimum of Cert III qualified or actively working towards their qualification. We are looking for an educator who can bring creativity, flexibility and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and development. We value educators who are aligned with our philosophy and are passionate about meeting the individual development needs of every child.
Responsibilities:
- Support a team of Lead Educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
- Create long-lasting connections and partnerships with the local community, schools, and families.
- Support the Centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.
Qualifications and Qualities:
- Cert 3 / Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.
- Paid working with children check (blue Card).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude.
- Approachable and friendly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Working hours: You must be available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday, preferably able to work 5 days per week.
