Kool Beanz Byron Bay Academy is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to inspire and lead a passionate team in our 75-child centre.
You will mentor staff, implement EYLF programs, and strengthen ties with local families and schools.
You'll work 6.30am–6.30pm, Monday to Friday, in a vibrant, inclusive environment with a master chef kitchen and outdoor spaces.
WWC and First Aid are required; Australian work authorisation is essential.
