About the Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development, wellbeing, and school readiness through engaging, play-based learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging, age-appropriate educational programs in line with the EYLF.

Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Observe, document, and assess children's learning and developmental progress.

Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard, and relevant regulations.

Work collaboratively with the team to promote continuous improvement and high-quality education and care.
Essential Requirements

Recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification, as applicable to the role.

Current teacher registration or eligibility for registration, where required.

Current Working With Children Check.

Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
